I bought a copy of this for someone I care about who did have some run ins and has been in trouble with criminal activity. I have to say I am very impressed with the amount of examples that it shares for emphasizing the good & minimizing the not so good. They have a lot of tips & tons of detailed examples.

Studies have shown that obtaining employment may reduce the likelihood of an ex-offender retruning to prison. How does an ex-offender compensate for the lost time on a resume?
